Richard, who is Bajan and Deanna opened a bar in 2019 and called it Jaguars Sports Bar. The bar was located on an exquisite island called Barbados. A popular drink in the Caribbean and my favorite drink is Rum Punch. With the recent pandemic, we had to close our bar and were no longer able to take trips to Barbados without a two-week quarantine, which was not feasible. Missing Barbados, like so many throughout the U.S., we begin to create our Rum Punch, but without the Rum. Our goal is to share a little Barbados with everyone. All that you will need to add to the mix is a good, dark rum (Mount Gay, Foursquare, or Barcardi Black Rum).

 

The recommended serving ratio is 3 ounces Rum Punch Mix to 1 shot of your favorite rum. Top with a dash of nutmeg and Enjoy.
